Highly recommend Ryan and Base Camp Physical Therapy. I had had a strained groin muscle for several months and was trying to heal it on my own unsuccessfully. I cannot say enough good things about the attention and care I received at Base Camp Physical Therapy. I started seeing Ryan and Kimi after I had muscle complications from a routine surgery. Prior to going to Base Camp the range of motion in my neck and back was limited and my recovery was at a stalemate. After my first session I noticed a positive result, as I did with each subsequent visit; by my 6th visit, I am nearly 100%.

Even though I have insurance the convenience and one on one care I received at basecamp was worth the out-of-pocket expense and I would highly recommend them.

I have been working with Kimi and Ryan for over a year now with various injuries. They helped me heal a reoccurring calf injury and got me back to running, helped me with golfers elbow and now working on a frozen shoulder. These guys rock! I highly recommend seeking Ryan and Kimi’s help for working through any sports injury or post-op recovery. I have seen multiple physical therapists in and out of the Navy and the VA for the past 3 years for lower leg injuries, been through 5 wrong diagnoses, and have not found positive results until I met Ryan and Kimi. I know enough from experience to testify to this statement: If you want direct care and 100% dedication to your recovery, you are not going to find it at the PT your provider sends you to- If physical recovery is a priority to you, this is the place to be. Period!

I’ve had physical therapy before. This was a whole new experience. Personalized one on one care. The room wasn’t filled with other patients. When I returned home I had an email thanking me for trusting them with my care and was able to print out my exercises to do at home.

Highest recommendation for physical therapy team Ryan and Kimi Martineau. Highly recommend for immediate care when you can’t wait for the slow wheels of insurance. Before I was able to get an appointment with an orthopedic MD, I landed at Base Camp in a right arm swing. Injury occurred mid- March and paying out of pocket for immediate care and guidance was perfect for getting my recovery underway. I was released from Base Camp therapy mid-May, and you guessed it… my insurance still hasn’t referred me to physical therapy yet! Undoubtedly would have hurt myself worse if I had waited so long. So glad to have had Base Camp care and healing!

Kimi has been working with since the fall on my hamstring rehabilitation. With her help I was able to finish my field hockey season and successfully move into my basketball and softball seasons. She has also been helping me with my trained elbow. She is very knowledgeable and wants the best for each of her patients.

I have been going to Kimi for two different injuries over the last year. The service and care she provides is top notch! Her an Ryan are both knowledgeable, patient and extremely caring. I have had lower back pain since I injured it on duty years ago. I work in an office now and I sit a lot. Being active outside of work is hard to do with chronic pain. Since starting at Base Camp I have found that I am able to be more active with less discomfort. I can feel my back getting stronger and more flexible every time I go to PT. Ryan has even set me up on detailed stretching that I can do at the office. When I go to my PT sessions Ryan encompasses things like focused massage, cupping, stretching and isolated resistance movements that are specifically tailored to my condition. Thank you Ryan for all the hard work and help!

Ryan and Kimi are miracle workers. Ryan helped my son achieve his longest stretch of soccer played injury-free! Noah had a bad hip for the past 5 years caused by a serious fall. Needless to say, it didn’t take much for the injury to flare up and set Noah back from his ambitions. Ryan has been working with Noah for the past 5 months, strengthening his hip muscles and increasing his flexibility. The results speak for themselves. Noah went from a role player at his club to one of the stars on his new team! Not only has Ryan’s expertise helped Noah physically bu psychologically as well, as he trusts his body more and has a newfound confidence as a high school/club athlete.

Earlier this year we adopted a great dane puppy, not even close to our first-mini horse dog. It has been a while since we’ve had a pup and the age of 60 is not the same as the age of 40. Consequently, a few months later, I messed up my hip and tried to get into in-network PT but they couldn’t get me in until the end of October. Ryan and Kimi at Base Camp Physical Therapy were able to get me in immediately and even though they are out of network, their package deal was about the same as my in-network co-pays AND they’re not limited to treating me how my insurance says I should be treated. It’s been just over a month and there is no more hitch in my giddy-up and I can take my mini horse dog for walks again. Highly recommend them!

Our daughter sustained a psoas injury during her soccer and dance season and we couldn’t get her back to a healthy, good spot to continue both. Fortunately, we were able to get her time with Kimi and she has had a marked improvement in her mobility. Kimi is very knowledgeable and has the ability to get on a teenager’s level. She is teaching our daughter things that are critical for her health as a dual sport athlete. We love working with Kimi and Base Camp!

I can't begin to explain how much support I have working with Ryan and Kimi. I tore my ACL and Meniscus in January and struggled through the first few months of physical therapy with another provider. Everything was very prescriptive and I always felt rushed through my sessions. In stark contrast, Ryan really makes me feel supported and empowered with my recovery - he always has something new planned to keep me engaged and excited for each next step of the process.
